Experience the power of contrast therapy with the Sweaty Yeti Sauna Plunge, an all-in-one outdoor wellness suite combining a traditional sauna and dedicated cold plunge room in a single modern structure. Designed for relaxation, recovery, and year-round wellness, it provides a private spa experience that's perfect for homeowners, athletes, and hospitality settings alike.
Perfect for homeowners, resorts, and recovery-focused athletes, it’s the complete package for those who demand more from their wellness space.
Process
Factory build time between 60 to 90 days. Once delivered, installation typically takes just one day.
A level concrete or gravel pad is recommended to prepare a flat terrain.
Units require a 20-amp 120V up to an 80-amp 240V connection, similar to a hot tub. Local electrician can handle it, and our Sweaty Yeti's Customer Care team can help coordinate.
Nationwide across the US. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada require additional shipping costs.
